At The Cherry Tree Inn B & B, we are honored that you chose us for your vacation. While you can rent a room, we do rent the entire house as a vacation rental that’s ideal for weddings, events, & reunions. Additional charges apply for these.
You will have full access to over 4,000sq feet indoors as well as the wrap-around porch and sprawing lawn and gardens. There are several large common rooms for your family and friends to use as your own on the first floor. We have a grand parlor and a Bistro/game room. Our formal dining room is a lovely gathering place and can seat up to 10 people. All 5 guest suites, one 1st floor and four on 2nd floor have seating areas, smart TVs, and private bathrooms. A delicious scratch breakfast made with seasonal options for our local makers and farmers. Bistro Room is stocked with snacks and drinks for you to enjoy are included in your rate. PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY We will apply a $25% nonrefundable deposit for each canceled room. Flexible rescheduling with 4 weeks advanced notice. Nonrefundable cancelations if booked less than 30 days before stay that can’t be rebooked.
Standard Full refund if canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
50% Refund if canceled 27-14 days of arrival date. 25% discount code sent to use when you book next time.
Remaining 25% Refunded if we rebook the room(s) for the same dates. We value your business and care more about your happiness, so we will always attempt to rebook you on another date before charging any cancellation fees.
We will do our best to resell the rooms you booked & refund any amount we are able to collect on the subsequent reservations.
