Rental of the Inn

Whole House Rental is ideal for family get-togethers, business groups, and friends night out. We make you a big full breakfast at 9am or later brunch options. You have access to the kitchen to serve lunch or dinner for your family with local takeout, caterers or private chefs. If you’d like to use the kitchen, you may. DIY clean up or plan ahead to schedule our staff for additional fees.

Breakfast will not be served by us during holidays such as Christmas, New Years or Groundhog Day. You can use the kitchen anytime for meal prep or serving with DIY clean-up. Exceptions can be made, so please ask us ahead of booking. Events and visiting guests are allowed with additional fees and planning. Mini weddings and other events are charged separately starting at $550 plus catering. Pre-approval for any pets fee $75/pet & children under 12 is required. This house is NOT childproof and has many staircases.

3 night Minimum for all major holidays & $150/person fee applied for Groundhog Day week for special gifts and GHD Pancake Breakfast at the Moose Lodge.

PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY We will apply a $25% nonrefundable deposit for each canceled room. Flexible rescheduling with 4 weeks advanced notice. Nonrefundable cancelations if booked less than 30 days before stay that can’t be rebooked.

Standard Full refund if canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date.

50% Refund if canceled 27-14 days of arrival date. 25% discount code sent to use when you book next time.

Remaining 25% Refunded if we rebook the room(s) for the same dates. We value your business and care more about your happiness, so we will always attempt to rebook you on another date before charging any cancellation fees.

We will do our best to resell the rooms you booked & refund any amount we are able to collect on the subsequent reservations.
