Located right around the corner from our famed Cherry Tree Inn B&B which is the original home from the Groundhog Day movie and just two blocks from Woodstock Square, this is the oldest Victorian B&B in town.
The Cherry Branch Guest House features three guest suites complete with private baths and walk in showers. Each room features all the modern amenities you’d want or need on your trip to town. Enjoy drinks and snacks in our fully stocked bistro room. You have full access to our kitchen for food preparation and can eat in our breakfast nook. We stock the fridge with basics but with a few days notice, we can have your favorites waiting for your arrival.
You can rent individual rooms or the entire house – your choice!
If you wish to book both properties for an event or on a Holiday week, please contact me directly. We have special times blocked off for such occasions and those must be pre-approved before booking so send a message.
Whole Guest House Rental $661/nt taxes fees & amenities included. 3 beds, 3 1/2 bath, house sleeps 6 adults 2 king 1 queen bed.
A futon & blow up mattresses $75/ extra each person. 3 night minimum Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Groundhog Day, & additional $150/ person Groundhog Events Week. Cocktail Party & Pancake Breakfast Tickets Included.

The Branch is an easy 3 minute walk to the town Square.
Picture perfect little room is pet friendly with a view to the wraparound porch. Original art glass window feature. Conveniently located on the first floor for those that don’t want to do so many stairs. There are 6 steps to get onto the porch. Amenities included a private bathroom in your room, smart tv, echo dot, access to the Living Room, dining room and kitchen for free drinks & snacks.
Your ensuite has a beautifully remodeled walk in shower.

The Petunia
***This is not the Groundhog Day property! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located historic home just a block away from the Cherry Tree Inn B&B. A short walk to Woodstock Square full of unique shops & food just around the corner. Games & work area in the parlor & kitchen. Please note the low windows & stairs may not be appropriate for toddlers and rambunctious kids. Guests have full use of the kitchen, dining room, parlor, 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor. This room has an adjustable King bed, smart tv, WIFI, Echo Dot, and an ensuite bathroom with a newly remodeled walk-in shower. A twin OR queen blow up bed is available when arranged prior to arrival $35 plus extra person fee. If you wish to be at the larger property, let us know & we can add you to a cancellation list if possible. 2 people per person max and The Cherry Tree inn B&B
